Government Funded Nationally Accredited Qualifications

Paramount Skills & Training specialize in Australian traineeships which provide a cost effective solution for employing and training new employees, as well as providing many existing staff with the skills and knowledge to add to a businesses bottom line. As an employer of trainees you now have a much greater say in the process, from choosing a training provider and the type of delivery mode, to selecting from over 600 traditional and emerging qualifications.

The benefits to your business:

Direct financial benefit.
Access Federal Government funding of up to $4,000 to train each eligible staff member. The cost of most Traineeships that we deliver start from $3,500. Therefore an incentive of up to $500 per employee that is trained is available for your business to keep.

No limit to the number of staff in training.
If you have five staff training, your business could benefit by up to $2,500

You do not pay any upfront fee or deposit.

You claim $1,500 from the Government (which we assist with) after 3 months training, at which time you make a part payment for the course. You claim $2,500 from the Government on completion of the course and pay the balance of the course cost.

Train and up-skill staff.

Increase competency and efficiency of staff that could result in increased productivity and staff retention. The training provided from the Cert IV courses is equivalent to TAFE level qualifications and is Nationally recognised.

Assess the eligibility of your staff to obtain Government funding for training.
To qualify, staff must be employed full or part-time and cannot already have a diploma or degree. The can not have completed a Cert 3 or Cert 4 in the last 7 years. Don’t worry we will assist you with staff assessment for eligibility.

Our trainers come to you.
Training is delivered with minimal disruption to your business. Onsite training is once a month between 2–4 hours depending on the course.

Self paced study so your staff can be flexible in balancing work with studying at their own pace. No exams and no classes to attend.
